Company Celebrations
At Croy, a positive, fun, and encouraging atmosphere
is par for the course. Our quarterly celebrations range
from breakfast or lunch to late afternoon activities and
are specific to each office’s preference. They provide an
opportunity for us to gather, share updates, and recognize
team member accomplishments. Then, during December,
all offices get together to celebrate the end of the year at one
location with food and festivities.
Professional Development Opportunities
Our leadership is strategic and intentional about providing each team member
with opportunities for career development and training through both internal and
external initiatives. Internal “Lunch and Learn” trainings are held on a regular basis to
focus on both technical and professional development skills. These programs are designed
to provide team members of all levels with the opportunity to learn more about Croy and
our business, as well as improve their craft and processes.
“Being encouraged to participate in the ACEC Mentorship program as a mentee has been such a great
way to connect with others in the industry. I was paired with Karri Thomas, and she has been a wonderful
resource even after the program ended. Having someone who can offer a different perspective to a
problem has helped me grow so much. Karri and the program have given me lifetime connections and
friends within the industry that I am always so excited to catch up with at conferences and events."
